 It seems like a perpetual topic in office regarding the quit job after New Year. That's because several colleagues will leave for new owners by end of this month to pursue their new career outside. As to if it has a good development in new company, I seldom to consider it so that I always have the feeling of quit job when I'm in trouble. Perhaps, changing job can actually bring salary rising in a short term, but in terms of personal development, perhaps, it is not a good idea.
